Properties for Sale in Patong, PHUKET, THAILAND

Patong Real Estate

Patong Real Estate - Patong is the most famous beach town in Phuket. With its wide variety of activities and crazy nightlife, Patong is an ideal place to party and play. In the evenings this beach town has a bustling nightlife which includes literally hundreds of bars, restaurants, go-go’s, massage parlors, and of course clubs. Most of the nightlife is centered around walking streets (Soi Bangla) however there are many pockets scattered around Patong to have some fun.

Patong property for sale is limited as Patong is dominated by hotels and resorts. There are hundreds of resorts and hotels from the beach to the mountains making it hard for villa property developers to build here. Within the last 5 years, Patong real estate prices have skyrocketed and now the highest-priced land on the island is the beachfront of Patong. While condominium developers still can make money in Patong, land prices are obscene.

Visitors hoping for a glimpse into the exotic East might not find it here, though the steaming hot streets, neon lights, and chaotic atmosphere of Patong can be overwhelming for the new arrival. Patong Beach is by far the busiest and most developed beach town in Phuket.

Since 2004, land prices in Phuket have appreciated an average of 13% per year, but for Patong real estate, they have averaged closer to 20% per year. Hands down, Patong is now the most expensive property for sale in Phuket. Across from the beach and along Soi Bangla property is selling for over 120 million baht per Rai (1,600 SQm).

Patong is the center of the island's shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife. It is usually the first stop for travelers new to Phuket. If you like plenty going on around you, Patong Beach real estate is the place to buy.
