Villas and Homes for Sale in Surin, PHUKET, THAILAND

Surin Real Estate

Surin Real Estate - Surin Beach is naturally beautiful and known as 'Celebrity Row' due to the number of high-end haunts amongst the luxury resorts there, including Amanpuri, Twinpalms, and The Surin. The quality of the water and sand at the beach makes it one of the most beautiful on the island. Swimming is excellent during the high season (December to April), and a good place to surf in the low season (May to November).

Although Surin Beach is popular with tourists, it's not a busy resort town and is more like a coastal village. Surin real estate is in high demand and offers many luxury properties. The beach is one of the best on the West Coast with soft white sand and clear blue waters which makes Surin Beach real estate even more attractive. Surin real estate is awash with high-end resorts and villas which, in turn, has created opportunities for high-end restaurants, wine bars, and coffee shops.

Surin real estate prices are expensive. It is home to some of Phuket's most exclusive resorts and is regarded as one of the island's prime locations with multi-million dollar villas on the hillside overlooking the sea.

All of what was on the beach and across the small street: the famous Catch Beach Club that pioneered the beach club trend in Phuket, and the excellent Salt restaurant, were all gone. Today Surin Beach is undeniably beautiful and natural with lots of palm trees, and parking is not a problem anymore. But it’s not all gone! Thai people are way too resourceful not to find a way to bring the trade back where it is most needed. During high season, Surin Beach now has a long line of local food vendors, fresh fruit juice stalls, massage, beach toy vendors and the list goes on.

Many feel that Surin property for sale will always be in demand.
