Condos and Apartments for Sale in Kata/Karon, PHUKET, THAILAND

Kata Real Estate | Karon Real Estate

Kata Real Estate - Kata Beach might just be the most popular beach on the whole island situated on the southwest coast of Phuket. Because of its white sand beach, clear water, and variety of shops and places to eat, Kata property for sale is in high demand. Karon real estate is priced about the same as the two beach towns are very close to each other. Land in Kata and Karon is dominated by resorts, hotels, shops, and restaurants making it hard to find villa developments in this area. However, condominium developers have been able to afford the premium that land in this area demands.

Karon Real Estate - Karon is about 10 minutes from Patong and Kata is another 5 minutes for those who do not want to stay in Patong but still want to visit. This is a dense area with friendly coffee shops, bars, massage and spas, and an unending amount of restaurants. Club Med has occupied a large portion of Kata real estate since 1985. They renewed their first lease extension in 2015 and this was one of the first lease extensions granted on the island giving leasehold buyers more confidence. Karon property for sale and Kata property for sale is scarce. Both have just a small amount of buildable land as they are immediately bordered by mountains on the east and the sea to the west.

Karon Beach is a stretch of powdery white sand that hosts many professional volleyball tournaments. Although the area is quite developed and is home to some of Phuket's biggest resorts, the 4km long beach never feels overcrowded. Most realtors on the island struggle with the limited amount of real estate choices for buyers.
