Since 2004, land prices in Phuket have appreciated an average of 13% per year, but for Patong real estate, they have averaged closer to 20% per year. Hands down, Patong is now the most expensive property for sale in Phuket. Across from the beach and along Soi Bangla property is selling for over 120 million baht per Rai (1,600 SQm).

Patong is the center of the island's shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife. It is usually the first stop for travelers new to Phuket. If you like plenty going on around you, Patong Beach real estate is the place to buy.
