Kamala Real Estate - Kamala Beach lies just north of the lights and noise of Patong and is a quieter stretch of sand with a more relaxed feel. This well-enclosed bay and fishing village surrounded by forested hills is one of the most beautiful places in Phuket. Kamala is a beautiful long beach with clear waters during the high season, featuring a nice amount of beach restaurants and shopping options, as several great hotels including some with direct beach access like Montazure. The dining scene in Kamala seems to be changing faster than the seasons. Kamala was famous for the many small restaurants and bars set all along the beach on a 1 km strip. These restaurants are not always legally built, so they tend to come and go, making it difficult to tell which is open or closed. However, there are still plenty of them to enjoy in the middle area. Those are nice for a slow and cheap continental breakfast by the sea

On the headland to the south, are a number of luxury villa developments, with great views of Kamala Bay and beyond along its winding road. Whilst Kamala doesn't attract tourists in the same numbers as other places it has a certain niche, those who do come to say "We like it just the way it is."

Locked between Patong and Surin. Kamala Beach real estate is mostly flat and buildable. Kamala property for sale in this flat area is reasonable for the West Coast. However, this part of the island is rapidly moving upmarket with some of the region's most desirable properties. The stretch along the southern headlands is dubbed "millionaire's mile" with many homes exceeding 10M USD. This being said, Kamala Beach still retains a village feel with a laid-back atmosphere.
