One°15 Brand, best known for its upscale yacht club in Singapore, will open a new marina on the island’s East Coast in Ao Makham named ONE° 15 Marina Panwa Phuket operational in the fourth quarter of 2024.
So What
This integrated marina club is positioned as a nautical lifestyle resort equipped with yacht chartering for nautical sports and recreation programs, a spa, a wellness area, and facilities to cater to both members and the general public.
Now What
The project will feature a 171-berth marina that can accommodate super-yachts up to 120 feet. The hospitality component will include 66 hotel rooms and four villas. Other facilities such as boat brokers’ offices, dive operators, yacht charter companies, retail shops, F&B outlets, and other nautical-related shops are also part of the development.
