OWNERSHIP:

The title of Ownership can be registered under the name of any nationality as Freehold at the time of purchase as long as the foreign quota of 49 percent of total units remains available. Ownership can also be titled under a foreign name as Leasehold in accordance with Thai law.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
