In the event of any damage caused by tenants, Grand View Residences will be responsible for repairs or replacement of the affected inventory. A minimum of 90 days' advance booking is required for owners' stays. If your property is occupied during your desired booking, Grand View Residences will arrange alternative accommodations of equal or higher standards. The complementary 30 nights will be calculated based on the seasonal period, ensuring flexibility and convenience.

Payment plans are available during the construction process, allowing you to manage your finances efficiently.

The price of the villa includes built-in furniture, and for participation in the 6% per year rental program, a furniture package priced at 900,000 THB is required.

Maintenance fees cover essential services such as pool cleaning and gardening, which will be carried out once a week to maintain the pristine condition of the common areas.
